N-SIM super resolution
The N-SIM-S Super Resolution Microscope utilizes a unique high-speed structured illumination system to achieve acquisition speeds of up to 15 fps, enabling fast biological processes to be captured at twice the spatial resolution of conventional light microscopes (up to 115nm in XY).
The system is also equipped with Hamamatsu Gemini image splitting optics, and two Hamamatsu Flash4.0 sCMOS cameras, which enable simultaneous two colour imaging (green/red, red/far-red and green/far-red). This means two channel acquisitions are possible at rates up to 15fps (in 2D mode and 8fps in 3D mode).
